The Milan Training Academy has developed managerial training projects based on the transfer of the know-how of particularly efficient Italian models: the “Milan Model”, composed of the Milan Administration, its public utilities companies and the entire public/private system that turns around the Lombard capital (banks, foundations, universities etc.) represents, also as it is perceived abroad, the “Italia System” with its model of efficiency. The “Passaggio a Nord-Est” (North East Passage) project has been designed to create the pre-conditions for solid and structured collaboration between Italy with its companies and the Local Public Administrations of some strategic territorial areas of the Russian Federation, to generate all the best conditions for the development of partnerships in those sectors to which considerable investments will be dedicated in the forthcoming years (urban transport, airport systems, waste and environment management, energy production and distribution, health, social services, employment services, professional training, etc.).
