The Milan Training Academy was founded to answer the need to produce training of excellence for the Management of Public Bodies, Foundations and Companies that provide Services to the Citizen on the territory, offering them new instruments of work and knowledge, to help them to meet the challenge of the huge changes in organisation and constructing answers, also through the reprocessing of concepts developed in the “Private” world and the use of excellent experiences already gained in the “Public” world (national, and international). The Public Services companies operate in a situation featuring enormous complexity, for the great number of interlinked variables (that act at both the level of the individual companies and on the whole system): the Foundation represents a kind of privileged observatory on such an important and significant issue as that of the demand for a new organisational culture, which increasingly and with ever greater precision is required by Public Administrations.
