The Academy has made its own project skills a value for the Customer: it is through projects that we construct the unique character of the training proposal, adhesion to the diverse corporate contexts, the full sharing with participants, the satisfying of expectations.
Working through projects allows the Academy’s proposals to be flexible, capable of adapting to the diverse needs: those of the Customer and those of the individual participants, each with his or her own experience, learning styles, skills and different potentials. For the Academy, thinking in terms of all round service and creating and executing projects means a capacity for innovation and support for the excellence of the training action. The Academy is a training laboratory that experiments special methodologies in projects and services. The Technical Scientific Committee represents research applied to training, for a constant focus on the effectiveness of the projects proposed, and it gives voice to the Partners, the Customers, the world of business, and the great Lombard institutions.
