The Milan Training Academy, Professional Training School for Executives, Managers and Officials of Local Authorities and their Participated Companies, is a Participatory Foundation founded in July 2002.
Apart from Milan City Council, the present partners of the Foundation are AEM SpA, ATM SpA, Amsa SpA, the IRCCS (Institute for in-patient treatment and scientific studies) Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, Mangiagalli e Regina Elena Foundation, Metropolitana Milanese SpA, Milanoristorazione SPA, SEA SpA, Marsh SpA, Vodafone Italia and Siam – which latter is the “Società di Incoraggiamento d’Arti e Mestieri” (Company for the Encouragement of Arts and Crafts) from which the Milan Polytechnic sprung up in 1863 and in 1881 the National Exhibition, now FieraMilano – and which now houses the Foundation’s operating headquarters in its historic building at n. 18, Via Santa Marta. |
